For UK locations items are despatched using Royal Mail first class Most First
Class items arrive by the next working day. You can add UK Recorded Signed
For to your shopping cart. You will have to sign for the items, your items
are covered for up to £28 compensation (in the unlikely event of loss or damage)
and you can easily use Track and Trace at www.royalmail.com to confirm delivery
of your item, or call 0845 9272 100.

Worldwide

For European locations items are despatched using Royal Mail airmail. Over
1400 scheduled flights and 85 airlines are used to make sure your mail gets
there fast. The aim is to deliver to European destinations within three working
days and worldwide within five days. Please note that delays can occur in
customs, and these delays are beyond our control. You can add International
Signed For to your shopping cart. You will have to sign for the items,
your Recorded items are covered for up to £30 compensation (in the unlikely
event of loss or damage) and you can easily use Track and Trace at
www.royalmail.com to confirm delivery of your item, or call +44 845 9272 100.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches
its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne
by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what
they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want
to contact your local customs office for further information.

Return or exchange an item
If your item is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please
e-mail us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the
product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a
replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. To return
the item please complete the form on the back of your invoice and send both the
invoice and the items in their original condition, to the returns address above.

Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to
cancel your order for any item purchased from ARC, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7
days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to
care@arcuk.org , or by post to the address
above. Once you have cancelled your order, the invoice and goods should be
returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of
receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own
protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that
insures you for the value of the goods.
We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care for the goods if
they are not in a condition in which they can easily be made ready for re-sale.
In particular, this will be the case if the goods have been used in
a way or to an extent beyond what you would reasonably expect to see if
purchasing the goods in a shop.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be
adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
