Here is a summary of our ordering process and using our web site.
Browsing & Shopping
Most items you are looking for are just 2 or 3 clicks away from the homepage.
Select the language and currency you want to use. To find items to buy,
select a category or organisation, click on the product image or name. To buy an
item click 'Buy Now', enter the
quantity and click update. Click 'Continue
Shopping' to buy more items or click 'Checkout'
to pay the items in your shopping cart. You can display your shopping cart at
any time by clicking on 'Cart Contents'.
Shipping Options
For UK locations items are despatched using Royal Mail first class Most First
Class items arrive by the next working day. You can add UK Recorded Signed
For to your shopping cart. You will have to sign for the items, your items
are covered for up to £28 compensation (in the unlikely event of loss or damage)
and you can easily use Track and Trace at www.royalmail.com to confirm delivery
of your item, or call 0845 9272 100.
For other locations items are despatched using Royal Mail airmail. Over 1400
scheduled flights and 85 airlines are used to make sure your mail gets there
fast. The aim is to deliver to European destinations within three working days
and worldwide within five days. You can add International Signed For to your
shopping cart. You will have to sign for the items, your Recorded items
are covered for up to £30 compensation (in the unlikely event of loss or damage)
and you can easily use Track and Trace at www.royalmail.com to confirm delivery
of your item, or call +44 845 9272 100.
Checkout
Before you pay you need to log yourself in or create an account. It only
takes a few minutes and you only need to do this once, because we’ll save your
details and shopping cart for your next visit. You’ll need to tell us a few
things about yourself such as your name, addresses and contact information
and password. Don’t worry, all these details are completely secure and
you’ll choose your own password too.
Click Continue to display the first class or airmail delivery cost (excludes
any Signed For items in your cart). You can add comments about your order.
Click Continue to display select your payment method. Then confirm and pay
for your order, once you’ve checked all your details are correct, just enter
your credit or debit card details*, press 'submit your order' and you’re done!
We'll automatically send you an email to confirm your order details.
*Worried about credit card security or order details? Don’t be. We use the
latest military grade encryption technology (that no one else can intercept and
read the contents) to make sure your transaction is secure.
Tracking your Order
You will be sent an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order, shortly after
placing it.
This will be then followed up by a second e-mail that contains availability
and delivery or despatch information. For music downloads this email will inform
you how to download your tracks.

reference number you can use to Track and Trace your order at www.royalmail.com

Customer Care
ARC is committed to providing you with an enjoyable shopping experience. We
make our best endeavours to ensure you are completely satisfied with your
purchases. We expect our staff to be polite and courteous when communicating
with you and would appreciate it if you could do the same.
I'm afraid we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we
try our hardest. Some goods sell much better than we predict; lead times in the
industry can occasionally be also long. If something is out of stock, we'll
always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates or
suggest and alternative (often giving you a discount). If we cannot obtain more
stocks we will inform you and offer you the choice of choosing an alternative or
a full refund.
Our Commitment to you is that prices quoted are those at date of release.
Only unavoidable changes due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. and
increase in the rate of tax or major changes in suppliers’ standard and/or
wholesale prices will be passed on and you will be notified immediately should
changes occur when you place an order.
If your item is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail
us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and
the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We
will then advise on how to proceed with the return. To return the item please
complete the form on the back of your invoice and send both the invoice and the
items in their original condition, to the returns address above. within 14 days
of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a
different item if preferred. For your own protection, we recommend that
you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of
the goods.
